Deeper Learning Conference 2024 Refund Policy

We recognize that life happens. If you need to cancel your DL24 registration for any reason, you can receive a full refund prior to February 2, 2024.

• If you need to cancel your registration after February 2nd, you may transfer your ticket to another attendee.
• A refund may be granted after the deadline due to extenuating circumstances.
• If you need to cancel after February 2nd and do not want to transfer your ticket to another attendee, you may receive a 50% refund if you notify the registration team in writing prior to March 4, 2024.
• After March 4th no refunds will be provided.

DL24 is not responsible for refunding airfare, lodging, or other travel costs associated with attending the in-person event.
